There are many different teachers who have taught, or who are currently teaching at Eureka, but have you ever thought about which teacher has been the best? According to Ballotpedia, there are about 130,467 teachers currently teaching in Illinois. Out of all these teachers, I, and many others, think that Eureka has some of the best. However, if you had to narrow it down to one person, who would it be? We asked some eighth graders the same question. We only asked eighth graders because they have the most experience with teachers so far.

Tate Lehman answered right away, saying, “Mr. Troutt.”

After thinking for a second, Liam Wyse-Fisher replied, “Mrs. Regier.”

Moses Dohner, also taking a moment to think, said, “Mrs. Regier.”

Without hesitation, Anabell King answered, “Mrs. Regier.”

Emma Miller was also quick to answer, saying, “Mrs. Regier.”

Franny Burns didn’t take much time to think about her answer either, stating, “Mrs. Khattar.”
