This week, we decided to talk to some of the 7th and 8th graders at our school about their fashion. We interviewed two girls from 7th and 8th grade, as well as two boys from 7th and 8th grade. Here are their interviews:

The first person we interviewed was Kenzie Gerdes. The first question we asked was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes from?” She quickly said, “Lululemon.” Our next question was, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” After going back and forth, she said, “My Jordans.” Our next question was, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” After thinking about it for a while, she said, “Nike.” Our last question for Kenzie was, “What store do you think sells the cutest clothes?” She quickly said, “Aerie.”

The next person we talked to was Remielle Ott. Our first question for her was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” She thought about our question for a second but finally decided on, “Dicks Sporting Goods.” We then asked her, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” She said, “Cowboy Boots.” Our next question for Remielle was, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” She said, “Nike.” Our last question for her was, “What store do you think sells the cutest clothes?” She answered by saying, “Lululemon or Nike.”

We interviewed Miles Brown about his fashion next. We asked, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” He had a good answer of, “Probably Nike.” The second question we asked was, “What are your favorite shoes that you own?” He quickly said, “My Jordan 4’s.” The third question we asked was, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” “Mmm, Nike too,” he answered after some hesitation. And the last question we asked him was, “What store do you think sells the best clothes?” For the third time, he answered the same answer he said before, “Nike.”

We asked Cooper Gerdes about his fashion. The first question we asked was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” He responded quickly with, “Uh, Lululemon.” Next, we asked, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” “My Air Jordans,” he said with a great answer. Another question we asked was, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” “I don’t know, probably Nike,” he said after a moment of thought. And the last question we asked was, “What store do you think sells the best clothes?” He answered for the second time, “Lululemon.”

Next, we interviewed Bryleigh Brace. Our first question was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” and she excitedly said, “Von Maur.” Our next question was, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” and she replied with, “My green Jordans.” The next thing we asked was, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” and she thought for a second and then said, “Lululemon.” Our last question was, “What store do you think sells the cutest clothes?” and she quickly said, “Dry Goods.”

Then we interviewed Stella Wilson. The first question was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” She thought for a second and then said, “Aeropostale.” Next, we asked, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” and she quickly said, “My Nike Blazers.” Then we asked her, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” and without even thinking, she quickly said, “Nike.” Our final question was, “What store do you think sells the cutest clothes?” and she thought for a second and said, “American Eagle.”

Next, we interviewed Corbin Short. The first question we asked was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” and he quickly responded by saying, “Nike.” Next, we asked, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” He wasn’t sure, so he said, “Jordan 1’s or Lebron 20’s.” After that, we asked, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” and he immediately said, “Nike.” Finally, we asked, “What store do you think sells the best clothes?” and for the third time, his answer was, “Nike.”

Lastly, we interviewed Cayden Fogo. Our first question for him was, “Where is your favorite place to get clothes?” He said, “American Eagle.” Then we asked, “What is your favorite pair of shoes that you own?” He replied, “My Air Max.” We then asked, “What do you think is the trendiest brand right now?” He answered quickly, “Nike.” Our last question was, “What store do you think sells the cutest clothes?” Again, he answered, “American Eagle.”

We interviewed Mr. Bayer next. First, we asked where he gets his crazy game day pants, and he said, “Loud Mouth Golf.” Then we asked how many pairs of crazy pants he has, and he said, “12-13.” Then we asked what his favorite pair of pants is, and he answered, “Original white and green argyle.”
