Lil’ Beef is the praying mantis, which is the Cross Country Mascot. We found him at Olympia and brought him home with us, but somebody lost him when we got back. Now I will interview people on Lil’ Beef. We call him Lil’ Beef because he had beef with Cullan Hoekstra.

Dylan Grimm – “He was the best mascot a cross country team could have.”

Eva Knapp – “He’s fine, a little skittish”

Elizabeth Scofield – “I like him.”

Norah Westphalen – “He is awesome, but I would rather see him at all time so he isn’t in my hair. He was like a child to me, he was awesome, he liked the same color, green as me.”

Gabe Heider – “He pretty chill, he knows how it is.”

Sam Snyder “He had a short but sweet life.”

Garrett Green – “He was kinda cute, he honestly is a friendly guy, made me get a metal.”

Kentin Garrison – “Lil’ Beef is really wise, and he should be our new mascot. He gave motivation to the team, that is why we got so many metal, and second place with the boys varsity. He is also very athletic”

Jilline Stoller – “He’s too awesome to describe.”

Daniel Bender – “All I know is Lil’ Beef has beef with Cullan, He was my guy.”

Maxx Cool  – “He was Davin’s replacement for the trophy”

Sam Miller – “He is so adorable, and cute and I love him.”

Charlotte Maske – “He is cute and was my friend.”

Hudson Leman – “He’s my G, pretty cool guy.”

Bella Hitchins – “He is amazing and adorable.”

Adam Perry – “He was amazing, he is faster than Davin, he can beat anybody in a race.”
