Jimmy Johns and Subway are both popular sandwich shops, but they are different in their own ways. Jimmy John’s is known for very fast service and simple, fresh sandwiches, while Subway offers more choices and allows customers to fully customize their meals. Both are great options depending on whether someone wants speed or variety.
Jimmy John’s is not a local shop in Eureka. JJ’s offers pickles that customers can buy quartered, halved, or whole! Subway does not have pickles, which is something some people wish it offered. Subway has meatball subs, which Jimmy John’s does not, something that JJ’s fans wish they had. But both restaurants have cookies! Subway even has fresh-baked cookies straight from the oven.
I also interviewed some people to hear their opinions. Here’s what they said:
Zola Ahlers: Subway, because Jimmy John’s bread is stale, flat, and… just bluhhh.
Max Brown: Jimmy John’s, because Subway is horrible and Jimmy John’s bread is way better.
Sadie Hoffman: Jimmy John’s, because Subway is not clean.
Dalyah Knapp: Jimmy John’s, because Subway smells weird.
Brynley Schieler: Both—I can’t choose just one.
Mrs. Bellini: Jimmy John’s—I don’t smell the bread when I walk in, and they have more options.
Cora Holt: Jimmy John’s, because I never eat Subway.
