This week, Brynn and I interviewed eighth grader Tanner Getz and asked him a series of questions. Below are the questions and Tanner’s answers.

What is your favorite thing to hunt, and why? Turkeys, since they are predictable, and sometimes deer make me angry. I’ve also always had that tradition in my family.

What is your favorite food, and why? My favorite food has got to be Caribbean shrimp. I like shrimp by itself, but the sauces they put on it are amazing.

What would be your dream destination vacation, and why? One day I hope to go to Switzerland to see my cousins and Zermatt.

What is your favorite movie, and why? My favorite movie is either White Chicks or Miss Congeniality, but probably Miss Congeniality because it’s funny and they have a 2nd movie.

Would you rather fight one giant duck or 100 tiny chickens? Probably the giant duck because I can mount it when I shoot it.

If your life had a theme song, what would it be called? Probably Amish Paradise because I’m not Amish, but I act like an Amish sometimes, but I act more AC.

If you could swap places with a teacher for one day, what’s the first rule you’d make? To unblock all the Red Green Show episodes on YouTube so I can finally watch them.

If you could ban one annoying thing from school forever, what would it be? GoGuardian because it won’t let me live my life.

If you could rename your school, what would you call it? Prison on steroids.

Is cereal soup, and why? Cereal is not soup because last time I checked, cereal by itself was just cereal. Soup is also bad and cereal is not, so therefore they are different. I have spoken.
