This week we are interviewing a sixth grader named Hutch Gerst. He is faster than a sloth and stronger than a gerbil.

What is your favorite brand of clothes and why?
” Nike. It just looks clean and athletic, and it matches my football vibe.” -
If you could have 1 million dollars for free, would you take it and why?
” Yeah I would. I could help my family, give some to church, invest it, and still have money left.” -
Would you eat a bagel with mac and cheese, applesauce, and peanut butter for 100 dollars and why?
” Yes. That’s nasty, but 100 dollars is 100 dollars. I’d survive.” -
What is your biggest hot take and why do you believe that?
” The NBA Dunk Contest isn’t as good as it used to be. Back when guys like Zach LaVine and Aaron Gordon were going crazy, it felt way more hype.” -
What’s your favorite shoe and why?
” Nike Air Force 1s. They go with everything, and they’re simple but tough.” -
What is a unique talent you have?
” I can rap and come up with bars fast. Especially Christian rap type stuff.” -
Would you rather eat 5 pickles or 2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise and why?
” 5 pickles. Mayo by itself is crazy.” -
Would you rather sumo wrestle or slap box and why?
” Slap box. Way more fun and less getting crushed.” -
Would you rather fight a giraffe or be locked in your parents’ closet for the rest of your life and why?
” Closet. I’m not fighting a giraffe. That’s not happening.” -
What is your opinion on the NBA Dunk Contest?
” It’s mid now compared to before, but when the right players are in it, it can still be fire.”
