Some are Zach Bryan, Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Wyatt Flores, Megan Moroney, and many more. Country music was started in the early 1920s by a fiddler named Eck Robertson. The top country music artists this year were Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, and Zach Bryan. I asked some people what their favorite country music artist is, and this is what they said:
Ms. Weaver said, “Garth Brooks, Standing Outside the Fire.”
Mr. Troutt said, “My old school country artist is Marty Robbins. Favorite song is ‘El Paso.’ Newer country: either Darius Rucker’s This or Zac Brown’s Colder Weather.”
Sophie Gould said, “My favorite country artist would probably be Jason Aldean. But it is really hard to choose due to the fact that all artists have great songs and trash songs. So, I like all male singers in country, especially George Strait, old Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, and, a little breach from males, the Dixie Chicks. My favorite Jason Aldean song would have to be If I Didn’t Love You. Otherwise, I love David by Cody Jinx or Goodbye Earl by the Dixie Chicks.”
Josiah Steffen said, “Probably Luke Combs. Song: ‘Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma.'”
Ella Tucker said, “Chris Stapleton. Tennessee Whiskey is probably my favorite song by him.”
Zailey Bauman said, “My favorite artist is Lainey Wilson. My favorite song by her is ‘Wild Flowers, Wild Horses.'”

Kinleigh Clements said, “My favorite country music singer is Bailey Zimmerman, and my favorite song is ‘Religiously.'”
Nella Stoller said, “I like Bailey Zimmerman. One of my favorite songs by him would probably be ‘Where It Ends’ or ‘Fall in Love.'”
Max Brown said, “My favorite artist has to be Morgan Wallen since I can name the majority of his Dangerous album. My favorite song is ‘Somebody’s Problem,’ but there are so many other artists and songs to choose from, it makes it hard.”
Bristol Voorhees said, “My favorite artist is Morgan Wallen, and my favorite song by him is probably ‘Last Night.'”
Kylee Barisch said, “My favorites are either Carrie Underwood—my favorite song is ‘Champion’—but if not, Morgan Wallen’s ‘Last Night.'”
