Our presidents are pretty good at their jobs. Like all presidents, they call the shots on most decisions. Laws keep us in check and are enforced by the police in our area. Some of the richest people in the world will meet with each other and discuss what to do with the world. One of their discussions which people think is a conspiracy theory was thinking about if people all ate bugs instead of actual food. (Jingnan) It’s crazy today what these presidents and rich people come up with for laws or declarations. Just imagine what it would be like for you to rule the world. What would you do first? That’s what we’ve asked three 8th-grade students and one 8th-grade teacher.
- Noah Stokowski: “I’d probably work to create a unified language, making sure that communication works across all nations.”
- Mr. Schaidle: “Convert all golf courses to community gardens.”
- Kaylee Hillman: “Put a Target and Starbucks in every town.”
- Adyson Wood: “I would probably make shops, new ones.”
I hope you enjoyed reading this article about ruling the world.
