This week for Hornet Spotlight, I interviewed Analeigh Perera, an 8th grader.
The first thing I asked her was, “Who is your favorite teacher so far and why?” She said, “Mr. Troutt, because he always makes jokes in class.”
Next, I asked if she went anywhere for vacation this summer. Analeigh replied, “I went to Gulf Shores for a week before going to Greenville, South Carolina.”
Then I asked, “What is your favorite song and why?” She answered, “Lowkey by Forrest Frank.”
Next, I asked, “What is your favorite season and why?” She told me, “Fall, because of Homecoming and basketball season.”
Then I asked, “If you could move anywhere you wanted, where would you move and why?” Analeigh replied, “A house with land in Eureka. I don’t like living on Main Street.”
I asked Analeigh what her favorite subject was. She said, “ELA, because I love to read.”
After that, I asked, “What is your favorite snack?” Analeigh told me, “Pickles or buffalo chicken dip.”
Next, I asked, “What are you most excited about this school year?” Analeigh said, “I can’t wait for cheer season!!”
I also asked, “Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?” She answered, “I want to be a chiropractor because I like cracking backs. If you know, you know.”
Finally, I asked, “What is your favorite thing about EMS?” Analeigh said, “All of the nice people! :)”
