This week for Hornet Spotlight, I interviewed Lucy Wettstein, a 7th-grader.
The first thing I asked her was “Who is your favorite teacher so far and why?” She said, “ Mrs. Bellini, because she is very understanding.”
Next I asked her if she went anywhere for vacation this summer. Lucy replied “ Michigan”
Then I asked “What is your favorite song and why?” She answered, “Morning Bail by Gavin Adcock or any of his songs or Zach Bryan songs.”
Next I asked, “What is your favorite season and why?” She told me, “Fall, because it’s the perfect weather to ride my horse in.”
Then I asked “If you could move anywhere you wanted, where would you move and why?” Analeigh replied “ Kansas because I want to own a horse ranch out there some day.”
I asked Analeigh what her favorite subject was. She said, “Reading because I like reading a good book.”
After that, I asked “What is your favorite snack?” Lucy told me, “Fruit snacks, because they taste great.”
Next I asked, “What are you most excited about this school year?” Lucy said “Seeing how much I grow and improve in riding.”
I also asked, “Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?” She answered, “A horse trainer or a vet assistant because I love animals especially horses.”
Finally I asked, “What is your favorite thing about EMS?” Lucy said, “Friends.”
