We decided to interview Ms. Worner, a teacher at Eureka Middle School (EMS) who teaches English Language Arts (ELA), specifically literature, which is abbreviated as Lit.
Q: What’s better: ketchup or mustard, and why?
A: She said that ketchup is the superior condiment for food and other stuff.
Q: Who is your favorite cartoon character? When did you start liking that character?
A: Ms. Worner said that Tweety Bird is the best cartoon character because his voice is fantastic and he’s quick-witted. She liked him as a young kid because he’s adorable.
Q: Who is your favorite celebrity?
A: We asked Ms. Worner what her favorite celebrity is, and she said, “I don’t know that I have a favorite—I would say a comedian like Adam Sandler, though, someone who makes me laugh.”
Q: What is your favorite soda, and why?
A: Ms. Worner said that her favorite soda is Diet Coke and that “it equals life.”
Q: If you could, would you change the school colors?
A: Nope. We asked her if she would want to switch the colors of the school, and she said that they are solid the way they are.
Q: What is your least favorite candy, and why?
A: Ms. Worner’s least favorite candy is black licorice because it has no flavor.
Q: What’s a unique talent about you that not many people know about?
A: “I’m double-jointed in my fingers.”
Q: What is your favorite snack, and what makes it your favorite?
A: Popcorn. “It is a salty, crunchy, delicious choice.”
Q: What’s better: hot dogs or brats?
A: Hot dogs. “Brats are just over the top.”
Q: Do you prefer to eat cheeseburgers or hamburgers?
A: Cheeseburgers. “Cheese makes everything better.”
