Mrs. Weaver is a 7th-grade teacher at Eureka Middle School. She grew up in Central Illinois and is now living in Peoria. Her dream vacation is anywhere with a beach because it is cold here. Her favorite sport to watch is basketball because she likes the way it moves faster than other sports. Her favorite hobby is going on “old lady walks” in her neighborhood as much as possible. Her hidden talent is that she was the pitch pipe for the chamber choir. Her favorite book is Circe because it shows the ways of motherhood. Her favorite animal is a dog because they are loyal and love people. Her favorite trip she has been on was when she went to Germany with her friends because she liked being in a different country while still being able to communicate with them, as her friend knows both languages. She has two dogs: Buster, who is a beagle, and Leroy, who is a black lab-greyhound mix. Buster is the mischief maker, while Leroy is a good boy. Buster steals from Mrs. Weaver’s garden all the time. Her favorite clothing brand is Loft because she used to work there.
