Tanner is a 7th grader at EMS who is often called “King Tanner” by his friends.
First, I asked what the dumbest thing he has ever done is.
“I have done many dumb things, but the dumbest is trying to body slam a carp. Don’t do it,” he said.
Next, I asked what his favorite thing to do outside of school is.
“Probably hunting or something that doesn’t require that much brain power,” he replied.
After that, I asked what his dream vacation is.
“I would love to go to Switzerland and see my cousins,” he answered.
I then asked what his favorite food was.
“I love shrimp because it tastes great, and really any meat in general,” he said.
Next, I asked what his favorite memory was.
“If I had to decide my favorite memory, I would say it would be shooting two deer in a day,” he responded.
I then asked if he could change anything about the school, what would he change?
“They should let us bring crossbows to shoot deer on school property because why not?” he replied.
Next, I asked what his favorite movie is.
“I like the movie The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again because it’s funny, and I hate movies with morals,” he answered.
After that, I asked what his favorite animal is.
He replied, saying, “I love chickens; they are cool, and all other animals are just not as noble as the chicken.”
Next, I asked him if he could be any object or animal, what would he be.
“If I could be any animal, I would be an eagle because no one would shoot me, plus I could dive-bomb annoying people,” he answered.
Then, I asked what his favorite ice cream flavor is.
“My favorite ice cream is pumpkin because it tastes great. Also, I like pumpkins.”
Then I asked what his favorite clothing brand is.
“Well, I’ve never been that guy who cares much about clothing, but I guess I would say Ariat because I like cowboy stuff.”
Lastly, I asked what he thinks of “King Tanner.”
“My ring finger is longer than my pointer finger, which is a sign of royalty, so it makes sense.”
