A Day in the Life of Mrs. Blunier

We asked Mrs. Blunier to describe her day, and our first question for her was, “When you wake up, what is the first thing you do?” She replied, “I am an early bird! I get up around 5 a.m., let my new puppy, Blue, out of his kennel, and play with him. I also work out, read my daily devotional, drink coffee, and get myself ready for the day before waking up my kids. Once they’re up, I help get them fed and ready for school.”
Our next question for Mrs. Blunier was, “What is your normal breakfast?” She responded, “I always have coffee and usually eat eggs and sausage.”
Our third question was, “When you get to school, what is the first thing you do?” Mrs. Blunier said, “The first thing I do when I get to school is unpack my bag and plug in my Chromebook. Then, I create the daily slide for my class.”
We then asked Mrs. Blunier, “What is the first hour like?” She responded, “I have prep during the first hour. I spend it grading papers, checking emails, and making plans for the upcoming week.”
For our fifth question, we asked, “What is the best time of the school day?” Mrs. Blunier said, “The best time of the school day is Explore. My classes have STEM activities, and I enjoy watching them be creative and solve problems.”
Heading to our second-to-last question, we asked, “What’s the first thing you do when you get home?” She told us, “When I get home, I hang out with my kids and eat a snack.”
For our last question, we asked Mrs. Blunier, “How do you prepare for the next school day?” She replied, “To prepare for the next school day, I check my email, make sure my plans are ready to go, pack my lunch, and gather any supplies that I may need.”
