You may have heard of the restaurant Busy Corner. If you have, you probably know what happened around Thanksgiving time, early in the morning. Busy Corner had an electrical fire and was temporarily closed. The firefighters had to rush to the scene, but luckily, there is a fire department close by. They quickly put out the fire. Sadly, the restaurant will be closed for another one or two months. Electricians and other workers are working hard to get Busy Corner back up and running. In the meantime, you can visit the Busy Corner pop-up location in Goodfield, IL. Locals are very happy and grateful that they can still enjoy the amazing food from Busy Corner. They say the fresh pies and donuts are fantastic, and the amazing coffee helps them cope with the loss of their beloved Busy Corner. Something in the kitchen caught fire, and now they are working to remove the smell so that when they reopen, it doesn’t linger. I’m sure we all miss Busy Corner, but it will be back in no time.
