For today’s 7th grade Hornet Spotlight, we decided to interview Abram Funderburk. We asked him some fun as well as interesting questions about himself to get to know him a little better. Abram is a 7th grader at EMS.
What’s your dream vacation? And why?
A: “Nigeria. Because I want to go somewhere warm.”
What’s your favorite sport?
A: “Wrestling or football.”
What’s your favorite season? Why do you like that season?
A: “Fall. Because of Halloween.”
What are you looking forward to for the rest of the year? And why?
A: “Nothing. I hate school.”
What’s your dream job? Why is that your dream job?
A: “An NFL player. Because I get to have fun while I do my job.”
What’s your biggest fear? Why is it your biggest fear?
A: “Darkness. Because what if something’s hiding in it?”
What’s your dream pet?
A: “After changing his answer three times, he finally said a giraffe.”
What’s your favorite thing to do outside of school? Why is that your favorite thing to do?
A: “Hang out with friends. I don’t know.”
What’s your favorite food? Why?
A: “Chicken. I like the taste.”
What was your favorite movie growing up?
A: “The Fox and the Hound. He named his dog Copper after the movie.”
Who’s someone you look up to? Why do you look up to them?
A: “Dad. Umm, he’s been there all my life and he’s a funny guy.”
What’s your favorite holiday?
A: “Halloween.”
What’s your least favorite sport? Why don’t you like it?
A: “Softball. Because it’s baseball but boring.”
What’s your favorite football team? What makes them your favorite team?
A: “The Cowboys. Because I was born in Dallas.”
If you could go pro in one sport, what would it be?
A: “Football.”
