Blooket is a gamified learning platform where teachers host games through question sets, and students answer independently. It is an assessment-centered tool, specifically for formative assessment. It was developed in 2018, but the online version was not released until the late 2020s.
Kahoot! is a tool that delivers and presents questions to students. It is set up as a game that students can play individually or in groups. Instructors provide students with multiple-choice questions projected on a classroom screen. Kahoot! was founded in 2012 by Morten Versvik.
