The top three most popular PE activities in school are… Number 1 Kickball, Kickball is a team sport and league game, similar to baseball. Like baseball, it is a safe haven game in which one team tries to score by having its players return a ball from home base to the field and then circle the bases. Number 2 Capture the flag, Capture the Flag is a traditional outdoor sport where two or more teams each have a flag and the objective is to capture the other team’s flag, located at the team’s “base”, and bring it safely back to their base. Next is frisbee golf, Disc golf, also known as frisbee golf, is a flying disc sport in which players throw a disc at a target; it is played using rules similar to golf. The sport is usually played on a course with 9 or 18 holes.
I asked students around EMS what their favorite PE activity was and why. Here are their answers.
Blake Littlejohn had to think about his answer but then he said – “I think my favorite PE activity would probably be free play because I love beating DAYLEN DEVALL, in Basketball.
Daylen Devvall snapped back to Blake and said- “I think it would be free time because I like getting beat by BLAKE LITTLEJOHN, in nothing!”
Jaylen Anderson said- “Climbing because it is really fun and exciting.”
Brenna Musselman answered quickly: “Dodgeball because it’s fun and exciting.”
Eva Knapp said, “Dodgeball, to get your rage out and hit people.”
Ella Tucker expressed, “Dodgeball, because it is fun and you get to hit kids in the face.”
Kaitlyn Zehr shared, “Dodgeball, because it’s fun and energetic.”
Dylan Grimm stated, “Dodgeball, because I’m so great at dodgeball and I love whipping little kids.”
Abram Funderburk mentioned, “Mat Ball, because no one can outrun me.”
Sophia Dunbar preferred, “Sit-ups or push-ups, because it’s fun.”
Liana Klein said, “Scooters because I get to hang out with my friends.”
