The fitness gram happens during P.E. twice a school year. One at the beginning of the school year, and the second at the end. The fitness gram can show students their personal growth/progress physically. The tests have been proven to help students start physical habits. We asked a few people what their favorite fitness gram test is, and what their goal is on the test.
Daylen Devall- His favorite test was “Sit and reach because it is the easiest”; his goal is “12”.
June Bally- Her favorite test is “Sit-ups because I’m good at them; her goal was “50”.
Journey Garcia- His favorite test is “Sit-ups because they’re the fastest”; his goal is “30”.
Hadassah Dohner- Her favorite one is “Sit-ups because there easy”; her goal is “50”.
Molly Sherwood- Her favorite is “Sit and Reach “; her goal is “11”.
Preston Fuller- His favorite is “the pacer”; his goal was “90” and he got “90”.
Jessie Hise- Her favorite was the “pacer because I like running”; her goal was “45”.
Then we asked the P.E. teacher Mr.Belleni what his favorite one to watch was “Pacer because I like to recruit for track.”
