The Eureka girls basketball team season has begun! So we asked a few of the girls who participated a couple of questions.
The first question we asked was, what were their goals this season and how do you plan to reach that certain goal?
Next, we asked them what they were looking forward to this season and why.
8th grader Harlow Martin responded, “Getting to sectionals, and to get to that goal I am gonna practice, putting in more time and effort.” For the next question, she replied “Just playing as a team.”
We asked 7th grader Polly Zeltwanger the same questions and she answered “Just getting better overall; consistent baskets.” For the next question, something she was looking forward to the most was “Having a good time as a team.”
