Do your thoughts just appear in your brain, and then just disappear? Scientists have studied this field of research, and what they discovered was that you can not control your thoughts. According to NOCD “You can’t control your thoughts, there are things you can do to change some of your active thinking patterns and make a choice as to exactly which thoughts you’ll give the benefit of your attention, and how you allow them to guide your behavior. ” I asked a few kids and teachers what they think about this topic.
