The stanky leg has been around for years, but people have been bringing it back recently. 2009 is when The Stanky Leg officially started when it was included in a song/music video called “Stanky Legg” released by GS Boyz. Currently, the stanky leg has been an ongoing joke for the 7th-grade math teacher, Mr. Heider. We asked him a few questions about the stanky leg, and he gave some promising answers.
- How did the Stanky Leg start as a joke for you and a couple of past years students?
- “Stanky girl 1 (Analise), and Stanky girl 2 (Malaika) came up to my desk one day when stanky girl one said, “What’s that smell, I think it’s my leg.” Then both started doing the Stanky Leg.”
- Who does the Stanky Leg often.?
- “Anna Sears, Adeline Hubert (Analise’s sister), Malaika Ford, & Analise Hubert.”
- Why do you enjoy doing the Stanky Leg?
- “Cause it makes us laugh and bring smiles to our faces.”
