As most of you probably already know, the regular track season is coming to an end, and state is about to start! Eureka had a total of 22 athletes make it to state this year. That means that about 16% of our whole team made it to state. That’s quite a few kids! We asked each of them the following questions:

8th Grade:

Davin Dingledine

• Mile, 800, 4×4 and 4×2
• Mile, because i’m the bestestest at it
• Track, Obviously. Field is for people like colby who just want to sit around and eat

Daniel Bender

• Pole Vault, 4×2, and 4×4
• Pole Vault
• Field, because pole vault is in the field.

Simeon Sliger
