Everybody expected her to win the NCAAW basketball championship. When she made it to the championship round, nobody was shocked; everybody expected it. She faced Paige Bueckers and a tough UCONN team in the Final 4. Iowa beat UCONN 69-71.

In the finals, Iowa faced another one seed in South Carolina. Most people believed that Caitlin Clark could win, but some were convinced that South Carolina would be the team to beat them. South Carolina hadn’t lost a game all season and were hungry for a championship win. Unfortunately, Iowa fans were disappointed in the end as Iowa lost to South Carolina 75-87.

Entering the draft this year, Caitlin Clark is projected to go 1st overall by most sports analysts. But a lot of WNBA players are saying that she will be humbled by her first year in the league.
