My personal favorite season is Fall, and that’s mostly because of the weather. I love that it’s not too hot, but not too cold. But there are other reasons that I like fall, too, like the colors and the activities. Some of those activities include:

• Taking walks- This is one of the best ways to admire the fall colors!
• Apple Picking- This activity is really nostalgic for me, because my grandparents have several apple orchards and we’d always spend a day there picking apples and processing them. You can pick your own apples at Tanners Orchard in Speer Illinois! 
• Corn Mazes- I haven’t done a corn maze for a bit, but when I do get around to them it’s always a lot of fun and something that you only see during the fall season! You can do a corn maze yourself at Rader Family Farms in Bloomington!
• Carving Pumpkins- Out family has a couple pumpkin plants, and when fall comes, we always go out to harvest them and then we sit outside on out porch and carve them together. You can pick your own pumpkins at Ackerman Family Farms in Morton! 
• Halloween- Who doesn’t love a holiday?! Especially one where you get to dress up and eat candy!
• Thanksgiving- Two holidays in one season! I’m telling you, fall is the best. Thanksgiving is also easily one of my top three favorite holidays!
